Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy for Luxe Dubai

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

1. Introduction and Commitment to Intellectual Property

Welcome to Luxe Dubai (accessible at luxedubai.namebangla.com). Luxe Dubai, architected and founded by Mizanur Rahman Hridoy, is a premium digital intelligence platform dedicated to providing ultra-luxury travel blueprints, high-end staycation strategies, and elite OTA booking frameworks for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent Indian travelers exploring the United Arab Emirates. As a publisher of highly specialized, high-eCPM digital content, we place the utmost importance on the protection of intellectual property rights—both our own and those of third parties.

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our strict guidelines, procedures, and legal frameworks for addressing claims of copyright infringement. We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users, corporate partners, and visitors to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable international copyright laws, Luxe Dubai has adopted a zero-tolerance policy toward copyright infringement. We will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly reported to our designated legal compliance team.

2. Our Premium Digital Assets and Copyright Stance

Luxe Dubai produces exclusive, data-driven content, including but not limited to financial breakdowns of UAE hospitality taxes (Tourism Dirham, VAT), proprietary Hub-and-Spoke content models, custom Midjourney V6.0 16:9 architectural imagery, and signature elite travel hacks. All original text, HTML coding structures, custom graphics, and strategic frameworks published on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Mizanur Rahman Hridoy and Luxe Dubai.

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of our premium AdX-optimized digital assets is strictly prohibited. If we discover that our high-value travel guides or OTA algorithm decoding articles have been copied without explicit written consent, we will not hesitate to issue our own DMCA takedown notices to the offending party’s hosting provider, search engines, and advertising networks to protect our digital ecosystem.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that any material or content provided on Luxe Dubai infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our compliance team. To ensure that your notice is legally valid and can be processed without delay, it must be submitted in writing and contain the following comprehensive information:

3.1 Required Elements of a Valid DMCA Notice

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A detailed description and identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to permit Luxe Dubai to locate the material (e.g., the exact URL or URLs of the specific pages containing the alleged infringing material).
  • Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit Luxe Dubai to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted content identified herein is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”).
  • Penalty of Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed (e.g., “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, of the copyright(s) that is allegedly infringed.”).

4. DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) by mistake or as a result of a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you have the right to file a formal Counter-Notification. To be legally effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following information:

4.1 Required Elements of a Counter-Notification

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the exact URL or location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Penalty of Perjury Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • User Contact Information & Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address. Furthermore, you must include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Luxe Dubai may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, Luxe Dubai will promptly forward a copy to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the original copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the Counter-Notification, at the sole discretion of Luxe Dubai.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable legal frameworks, Luxe Dubai maintains a strict “Repeat Infringer” policy. We are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our high-value digital ecosystem and will not tolerate systemic theft of intellectual property. If a user, contributor, or third-party entity is found to be a repeat infringer—defined as a party who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing submissions removed from our platform more than twice—Luxe Dubai will, at its sole discretion, terminate that user’s access to our platform, block their IP address, and permanently ban them from interacting with our digital assets.

Furthermore, Luxe Dubai reserves the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Legal Modifications and Updates

The landscape of digital copyright law, international intellectual property regulations, and Google AdX Publisher compliance is constantly evolving. Therefore, Mizanur Rahman Hridoy and the Luxe Dubai executive team reserve the exclusive right to update, modify, or completely amend this DMCA Policy at any time and without prior direct notice to our users.

Any modifications to this policy will be immediately enacted upon their publication on this specific URL. Your continued use of the Luxe Dubai platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of those changes. We strongly encourage all corporate partners, content creators, and affluent travelers engaging with our Site to review this DMCA Policy periodically to ensure continuous compliance.
